With high priority access to the support departments of our vendor partners, we are able to support our products quickly and efficiently to ensure best outcome for our customers.
All support enquires will be directed to the appropriate vendor partner (on your behalf) and responded to by an ITFast Support Personnel via email or telephone.

All products at ITFast Pty Ltd are backed by full manufacturer warranties as per the period stated. If you have a warranty claim please submit a support enquiry and we will advise you on how to proceed with your claim.
To ensure the fastest process for our customers, all warranties are dealt through either our distributors/suppliers or in most cases directly with the manufacturer of your product.
If your goods are Dead On Arrival (DOA) contact us so we can arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for your product.
Customers may return products purchased from ITFast Pty Ltd and receive a credit (or where agreed, a refund) of the paid price, subject to the following:
